30' x 36' Pioneer Gambrel Barn
This classic barn is designed for multiple uses, just like the original gambrel barns of early Americans. With an 11' first floor ceiling height, the lower level of the Pioneer Gambrel Barn creates an excellent space for your vehicles, workshop, or hobbies. Upstairs, you’ll find a capable 30' x 36' second floor loft with gambrel roof design that maximizes the upstairs space. The second floor can accommodate a home office, gym, game room, or guest quarters. With a customizable layout, practical design, and classic look, begin your barn journey with a Pioneer.
11' First Floor Ceiling Height
When you enter the 30' x 36' Pioneer Gambrel Barn, you will be impressed with the generous 11' first floor ceiling height. It’s a space that easily accommodates your largest SUVs and trucks, with room to spare for hobbies, crafts, and more. You’ll also be impressed with the authentic mortise & tenon joinery on the interior of the barn. Each connection carefully crafted & joined with oak pegs, a barn this meticulously crafted leaves a lasting impression.
Second Floor Loft
The 30' x 36' Pioneer Gambrel Barn features a full loft with an open, gambrel ceiling that truly maximizes the space upstairs. Thanks to the steep gambrel roof pitch, you can almost walk to the very edge of the room and get the full usable floor space. Use the second floor loft as a home office, gym, or lounge to watch the game with family & friends.
