Got questions? We've got answers. Do I need a building permit?The Barn Yard provides every customer with an engineered drawing of their building, our insurance information, our contractors license and all other necessary paperwork to obtain a building permit. It is entirely up to the customer to decide whether to obtain one or not. What are your payment terms and options?Payment terms vary depending on your specific building, but typically a 1/3 deposit is required to order your building, however a smaller deposit will hold the price for up to six months. We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and Discover Card for your initial deposit, with the balance due upon delivery. Financing is also available. How much access do I need to have my shed delivered?We suggest you have at least two feet of clearance on each side of your building. For example, if you have a 12 foot wide building you will need 16 feet of clearance to access your site. If you have concerns about your site, please bring or email photos to your sales representative. If we have further concerns, a site check may be required. What is your warranty?We offer a 10 year written warranty on every storage building. This covers all of the structural areas including the roof, floor and walls.
