We use a state of the art CNC machine to craft every timber to the hundredth of an inch for industry-leading precision. This means that every piece fits together more precisely than if carved by hand. Our joinery is more complex, authentic, and beautiful.
It all starts with an authentic 6x8 Timber Sill. From there, we use 8x8 Posts, 8x12 Tie Beams, and 4x8 Arched Braces. We connect all timbers with authentic mortise & tenon joinery. We don’t use nails in our joinery.
We provide a 3D design of the timber frame and completed barn prior to breaking ground.
Complete Turn Key Service
We have a full dedicated team that you will work with through the entire process. Full time project manager, in-house structural engineer, and our own timber frame crew. Our builders are employees—they are not subcontractors.
Heavy Timber Rafters
We use all 4x8 heavy timber roof rafters, complete with mortise & tenon collar ties and an authentic tongue & fork rafter peak. Our real timber-framed roof system is engineered for strength.
