There’s always something in the works at The Barn Yard. The following blog will give you a glimpse of more custom projects we have on the boards. From post and beam barns to custom garages, there’s a lot for the crews to build this winter!

20' x 24' Post & Beam Carriage Barn, Medfield, MA

This barn, like most projects, is turn-key. The Barn Yard handles the stamped plans, 3D renderings, site work, foundation, completion of barn, and roofing! This barn features our 6' bow-top gable window. Learn more about the Post and Beam Carriage Barn.

20' x 24' Post and Beam Carriage Barn, Medfield, MA

 

38' x 44' Post & Beam Carriage Barn, Thompson, CT

26' x 44' main barn, 12' x 44' enclosed overhang. This is a 4-bay eastern white pine timber frame barn. Special consideration was taken on this barn to match the details of other 1800’s period barns located on the property. Learn more about the Post and Beam Carriage Barn.

38' x 44' Post & Beam Carriage Barn, Thompson, CT

 

32' x 32' Post & Beam Carriage Barn, Millbury, MA

22' x 32' main barn, 10' x 32' enclosed overhang. Features a 10' x 32' timber frame roof overhang that will provide patio space and shade next to the pool. Learn more about the Post and Beam Carriage Barn.

36' x 68' Newport Garage, Ellington, CT

This is a custom barn project that features an expansive second floor in one half of the building, and cathedral ceilings in other half. Clear span construction with no interior columns. Extra tall 12' walls with custom wood grain overhead doors. The entire barn will be sided with 1x8 vertical T&G western red cedar siding and cedar shakes roofing. Learn more about the Newport Custom Garage.
