The Grand Victorian is a spectacular addition to our Victorian Series. This impressive building comes in two styles: A-frame or Dutch. The A-frame has a 10/12 roof pitch and overhangs and the Dutch style has an 8 foot loft to accommodate your storage and living needs with ultimate style and elegance.
Standard Features: 8’ walls 2x6 floor joists 12” O.C. Choice of vinyl or Duratemp T1-11 siding 3’ entry door 2 - 30 x 36 windows Strap hinges Z shutters Meritec trim 12” gable and eve overhangs 30 year architectural shingles Roof trusses 16” O.C. Includes necessary roof rafter collar ties

As an example, our Grand Victorian is built with structural headers above the windows and doors to support the weight of the roof as well as roof rafter collar ties to support the walls from buckling under heavy New England snow conditions.
